Company History Edelweiss Smallgoods was founded in January 2009 out of passion for Quality Smallgoods. The company is owned by Sera and Markus Hojdelewicz, but the 'smallgoods knowledge' is provided by Daan Langstraat, a smallgoods maker with over 40 years of experience. "Share our Passion" Edelweiss Smallgoods is a Feilding family owned and operated company. We specialise in handmade Smallgoods from around the world. Using Quality New Zealand meat with mainly European recipes we create delicious sausages, salamis, hams, bacon and more.   14th May 2009 "Edelweiss Continental Butchery" was officially opened by the Mayor Ian McKelvie at 113 Manchester Street, Feilding
