EDELWEISS Smallgoods is all about Passion. The Passion for Quality Smallgoods, made out of Quality raw material. Be it Continental Sausages, Continental Luncheons, Bacon, Ham or cured and air dried meats, we strive for authentic products, without fillers and unnecessary ingredients.


The use of Quality meats enables us to provide a vast variety of Glutenfree and MSG free products, see our "Delicatessen" and "Fresh Sausages" pages for details.


We are lucky to have Hugh Winder to supply us with his award winning Texel lamb and to get Ostrich from Halcombe.
